关于毕业证、学位证领取的说明：
1、学生必须持离校通知单、学生证和身份证到各系领取毕业证、学位证，并在《2011届学生毕业证书领取登记表》、《2011届学生学位证书领取登记表》上签字后，方可发证。
2、有部分学生由于个人助学贷款没有交清，此部分学生在领取毕业证书时除遵照以上要求外，必须凭学生处出具的有关贷款缴清的证明。没有证明的一律不发。
3、毕业证、学位证原则上不能代领，如确因特殊原因无法本人领取的，请凭：委托书、委托人身份证复印件、代领人身份证复印件进行代领（注：委托人必须为旅游管理系的学生）。委托书模版详见附件。注：委托书必须由委托人亲笔手写，并在委托人处签名、按手印确认。代领人也须在代领人签名处亲笔签名，并按手印确认。
4、盖章的毕业证书即具有学历效力，请务必妥善保管，根据《普通高等学校学生管理规定》（教育部第21号令），毕业证书丢失不能补办，只能办理毕业证明书。

一、领取流程

二、领取注意事项
1.领取三证时需携带签字笔及铅笔各一支，以备签名改误使用。
2.找同学代领需提交委托书（已上传群共享），无委托书者不予发放三证。由代领人负责审核个人信息（包括姓名、性别、专业、身份证、报到证派遣信息等），确认无误后，代领人签名确认。所以各位代领人需要提前掌握委托人个人相关信息。3.领取三证时需要审核并填写每位同学的个人信息及派遣信息，表格（已上传群共享），委托他人代为领取三证的同学，务必提前填好表格相关信息，及时告知代领人，由代领人代为审核及填写。

2009级南阳理工学院成人高等教育计算机应用技术专业的专科毕业证书从2011年10月11日起开始发放，具体领证要求如下：
1、证书发放的具体时间每周一至周五上午900——下午400（双休日，法定公休日，2011年10月14日等特殊时间不发放证书）；
2、领证时需携带本人的身份证等有效证件，若本人不能亲自领取证书可找亲属代领，代领人必须携带本人身份证原件、复印件及被代领人的身份证复印件；
3、学校一律不向学生提供邮寄毕业证书和档案的服务（因邮寄过程中有遗失情况存在，且毕业证书和档案一旦遗失不能补办）；
4、学生到校领取毕业证书时首先需到财务部（1号楼1楼）核实所有费用是否缴清，包括学费、学历学费（一年制学生需缴纳学历学费）、学历报名费、学历录取费、学历照相费、学历毕业办证费等。凭财务部出具的《财务证明单》再到教务部（学院一号食堂三楼b337）领取毕业证书和专科档案。
